The Maine qualifier for the EHSC will be held at Black Mountain on February 24th. The Eastern High School Championships will be held at Cannon Mountain at the Mittersill competition center, on 3/2/23- 3/5/23, with Thursday being a training day. It is VERY IMPORTANT that people realize, if you think that a particular athlete is going to make the team, they should either have, or apply for a US Ski & Snowboard membership now. This process includes a "Safe Sports and Avalanche" training, and if the athlete is older than 18 they must complete a back-ground check. This can take weeks, and as you can see, there are not weeks between the qualifier and the EHSC, merely days. More details concerning the qualifier will be coming out very soon, including times and who may attend the qualifier.
