The 2022 Aroostook Nordic Championships got underway today at Caribou High School with the 5K Classical race. On the girls side, Kayley Bell of Caribou is the 2022 Aroostook Classical champion. Her winning time was 19:50.8. Nancy Martin of Fort Kent was second and Annabelle Reardon also of Fort Kent was third. On the boys side, Luke Streinz of SAHS is the 2022 Aroostook Classical champion. His winning time was 17:35.6. George Ferland of Caribou was second and Alden Wilcox also of Caribou was third. The 2022 Aroostook Nordic Championships conclude on Thursday with the freestyle race in Madawaska. RESULTS
