With a week to go, both Saturday's Colby Clinic (for juniors and masters) and Sunday's Quarry Road Opener / Zak Cup are on!
Thanksgiving delivered 10-12" of natural snow on the Quarry Road courses in Waterville, Maine, and the snowmaking system worked perfectly (finally!) to add snow on the stadium and core 1.6K snowmaking loop.
For Sunday's race, we are currently planning on a 3.3K loop that includes a variety of terrain but avoids the most technical portions of the FIS-homologated course. This week's weather could change our plans, but right now things look great!
