The once annual Sweetheart Relay is back at Spruce Mountain Ski Area. The date for this 3 kilometer skate race is February 10 at 3:30. It is very fast with small hills. A great training day to get the leg speed up for the state meet. This year’s format is different from the past in that we will let the computer generate the teams randomly so your athletes will get to know athletes from other teams. The format is 2 girls and 2 boys per team with the girls scrambling. All athletes will get a time, a valentine lolli-pop, and the top 3 teams will get a small box of chocolates.
